Architecture: Gallery Residence is at the forefront of contemporary architectural style boasting refined and efficient design for green living. Designed by architectural luminary Ken Yeang, Gallery Residence embraces aesthetic and conceptual innovation in line with contemporary art thought, with distinctive green features including wind chimney, bioswales and turf ramps. Program residents and management are accommodated within the building in private living and work spaces. Gallery Residence was one of the first projects in Malaysia to receive Green Building certification and won a PAM (Architects) Excellence Award in 2011. The space has been nominated twice for the Aga Khan Architecture Award.
